The Mansfield and Toledo Districts invite you to join us for the
2023 GCO Convention in Toledo. We hope you “Catch the Wave”
on the shores of Lake Erie!

Spring will be coloring the landscape as we enjoy a chance to break out the garden gloves.
On Tuesday, April 18th, the magic begins. At the Board dinner,
hold on to your (top) hats as we will be entertained by Patrick
Przysiecki, an international magic champion.

Wednesday, April 19th is jam packed. At our Scholarship/Life
Member breakfast Marlene Bolea will entertain and inform us with “Adventures in the Swamp”. The Flower Show, Splish Splash, will open and workshops 1 and 2 will feature Botanical Masterpiece Painting as well as talks about using native plants at Toledo’s Glass City
Metropark and the native seed nursery at Blue Creek.
In the afternoon, Workshop 3 will feature one of a kind make and take shell flowers, and Workshop 4 will feature a look at the Nature Conservatory.
Our Banquet speaker is Chris Gajewicz, who will help us spark up our gardens as he tells us about generational expectations in garden trends.

We’ll feature a wondrous flower show, lots of creative raffle prizes, vendors, fun and friendly faces. Please circle April 18-20 on your new 2023 calendar.

Make a reservation to “Catch the Wave” today!
