GCO SCHOLARSHIP ANNUAL APPEAL
NEW APPEAL: NOVEMBER 2025
Garden Club Members, Affiliates, and Members at Large:
Congratulations! Thank you to all who remembered to make a contribution to the Scholarship Annual Appeal, Memorials, and Honorarium donations.
The students must have finished one semester of college, be an Ohio resident, but it is not necessary to attend an Ohio college. The students must be enrolled in one or many fields of agriculture which include:
Agronomy, Agriculture Education, Floriculture, Horticulture, Landscape Design, Botany, Biology, Forestry, Wildlife Science, Plant Pathology/Science, City (Rural & Urban Planning, Habitat or Forestry/Systems Ecology, Environmental Concerns (Management Environmental, Horticulture Resource/Environmental Behavior), Environmental Conservation (including Engineering), Land Management and/or other related or allied subjects.
With each contribution a thank you note is sent to the donor or garden club. Notification is sent to the individual or family of the memorial or honorarium, but their address must be provided. All contributions are published in the garden greetings a copy of this letter will be on the website.
We are a TEAM – Together Everyone Achieves More. The GCO Scholarship Fund is a very important project for GCO. We are hopeful for 100% participation this up coming year. Every contribution is appreciated and we are grateful for any amount.
