Meet the Mansfield District Director

Joined Berlin Heights Garden Club in 2010 after retirement.
My background: raised on a small farm near Wakeman Ohio. Worked in the garden, sold strawberries, etc. on our roadside stand. When I married, we had gardens, flowers, etc.
I spent 12 years in the banking industry, went to BGSU, and got an Administrative Associates degree which expanded my horizons in the business world. Have been VP & President of BHGC, was up for President next year but switched with someone so I can perform the job of director. I am widowed now and have the time to do this job.
Have attended and been active in my church most of my life: 25 years at Edison Methodist in Milan, Eighteen years at Calvary Baptist in Norwalk. Belonged to Beta Sigma Phi Sorority for 15 years. Also active in Firelands Patriots (Republican group).
